Want the competitive experience and a shot at ₹750? Book the tournament with a friend. Want to just drop in with no commitment? Walk-in play is right there — solo, duo, or the whole group. Nothing stops you doing both.

At the time of booking — not on the day. Your slot isn't confirmed until payment clears.

Yes — 50% refund if cancelled 50+ hours before the event starts, no refund after that. Look up your booking to request one.

Book Duo (₹400) and just leave Player 2's details blank at registration. That books your own one-player team with no matching involved — you'll play every match solo (2 vs 1), same as if a duo partner didn't show up on the day. Booking Solo instead means we'll actively pair you with another solo player.

Rank your top 3 from the 42-club shortlist at registration. Clubs go out in the order registrations are confirmed — the earlier you book, the better your odds of your first choice. If all three of your picks are gone, you'll get a strong club from whatever's left.

The player who's there can play alone (2 vs 1), grab a standby partner if one's available, or forfeit. If neither of you shows up within the 5-minute grace period, the slot goes to a standby team and there's no refund on it.

In the Round of 16, you'll play a quick AI match and advance regardless of the result (unless a standby team is available to fill in). From the Quarterfinals onward, you advance directly with no AI match.

By how many controllers are actively in use, not headcount around the screen — spectators are always free. Please pay for the tier that matches your group from the start.

You get 20 minutes of play plus a 2-minute buffer to vacate — 22 minutes total. Past that, a ₹15-per-minute fine applies, billed to the next full minute. We'll warn you at the 20-minute mark.

2:00 AM — Tournament 2 itself runs till 1:30 AM, so we keep the doors open a little past that for teardown and any last walk-in games. And if the corner's still packed at 2, we're not the type to cut it short.

Staff on duty, on the spot. Their decision is final and there's no appeals process — it's what keeps things fair and moving for everyone waiting their turn.

Trash talk between opponents is part of the fun. What isn't tolerated: anything racist, sexist or otherwise discriminatory, playing under the influence, or abusive/threatening behaviour — that gets you removed immediately with no refund, and it's reported to college management.
